入社前は人間関係や仕事についていけるか不安でしたが入社後は、指導やコミュニケーションをとって頂き、不安はなくなりました。

入社後3か月で“できるようになったこと”と、そのために会社が用意していた支援（人・仕組み）は？
工務として1日の作業を理解して先を読んだ行動が出来るようになっていました。毎日、翌日の目標を立て、実績はどうだったかのＰＤＣＡを回していました。

この会社で『自分の個性を出していい』と感じた出来事や、そう思える理由（文化・上司の関わり）を教えてください。

現場では一方的に指示は出さず工務、協力業者の意見も聞き、コミュニケーションをとって仕事を進めています。１日の流れでいうと、毎朝、作業開始前に打合せを行っています。他社の現場など経験し、そういった現場のほうがうまく進んでいると感じたからです。
